Phoebe had cried for awhile after Cole had shimmered away from their room in anger. She hadn't heard any announcements and no one had come to get her, so she could only assume that Cole hadn't killed Anders. That was a good thing as far as she was concerned. Although, she didn't understand why people seemed to get more upset with Anders about what had happened. They had both been there. It wasn't as if he had been the only one that had done anything.

When Cole still didn't come back, Phoebe had settled into her favorite chair by the window. It was a little chilly, but right now she welcomed the slight cold. It permeated the numbness and reminded her that yes, all of this was really happening.

Should she have not told him? No, that would have been the wrong thing to do. She had helped to kill him, she couldn't lie to him, too.

Phoebe sighed, letting her head rest along the side of the chair as she felt tears fill her eyes again.

Had she gotten him back... only to lose him again because she had been dumb and blinded from her pain?

She looked down at her cellphone in her lap and pushed a button once more to make sure she had signal. It was working, but still no word from him.

Where was he?

Phoebe closed her eyes again.

After her Hunting Class, Phoebe had bolted from the class and back to their dorm room. Seeing Angel had sparked an idea with her and she needed to do some research before she lost her momentum.

Of course, right now, research seemed to be consisting of making worried notations in her notebook and fretting.

She pulled down the Book of Shadows and set it up on the table while she started paging through it.

There had to be something helpful in there.

[[OOC: For one visitor in particular]]

After hanging up on Piper, Phoebe returned to her and Cole's room. She had already planned to stay with Lana again tonight, but she needed to duck out of her friend's sight while she struggled to get herself under control. She didn't want Lana to see her in tears, so she went to her own room to pick up some materials for her class tomorrow.

Once in the room, however, Phoebe sat down on the couch and buried her face in her hands, trying to stop the tears from coming. Piper thought Cole killed someone... killed a witch. She didn't trust him.

What hell had Cole done? Why had he thrown a fireball at her sister?!

This just kept getting worse and worse.

sensethevisions: (Phoebe Head on Hand : Absolutesnark)
Phoebe was curled up on the couch in the main room with a blanket wrapped around her. She had taken a very long shower -- so long that the water had turned cold. She got dressed in something comfortable and sat on the couch, where she couldn't seem to get warm. She knew it wasn't a temperature type of cold -- it was an internal and emotional cold. The kittens were on the couch with her as well.

She had been silent for the most part, putting things together in her mind from the last few days. She was also watching Cole make a continuous stream of phone calls -- including one to River.

"How can I face them?" she finally whispered as he hung up the phone for the last time. "I must have hurt them all so badly."

[[OOC: For [livejournal.com profile] demonbelthazor and then to anyone who wants to say that they received a call from Bel.]]
sensethevisions: (So Hurt MerPhoebe : Absolutesnark)
Phoebe sat on the rock next to Spinster and watched the waves lapping at the shore. The pull of the ocean and the call to dive into the waves and just swim away was extremely strong tonight and that unexplainable tie to this island seemed to be fading. She knew she should dive into the water and go home, but something inside her just wasn't ready to do that.

She sighed and let her tail flex a little.

People had been talking to her about things today that she wasn't understanding. And they didn't seem to understand what she was trying to tell them. Well, a couple did, but for the most part it was difficult.

Many people had been swimming with her that last few days and it had been fun to explore things and show people the things she had been finding.

She leaned her head back against the rocks and stared out to sea.

[[OOC: Come play with the Mermaid. This is probably going to be the last big post to play with her in as sometime tomorrow after morning workshops she's going to be turned back into Phoebe. Also, Phoebe is close to being a full mermaid and she has started forgetting things as her heart is hiding from her and she's lacking human emotions and understandings.]]
sensethevisions: (Phoebe : Meinterrupted)
Phoebe opened her eyes and decided it was way too early to be awake as it was barely light up through the curtained window. She closed her eyes and snuggled back up to Cole.

The last few days of introspection and moping had been both productive and counterproductive. She was no closer to understanding why their dad had abandoned them, but she was understanding a little bit more that Grams needed Paige back at the Manor so that she could teach her their history and their heritage...but she missed her younger sister. Piper leaving at the end of the summer meant that for the first time she was going to be alone without at least one of her sisters near her.

It was not a very pleasant thought to her.
sensethevisions: (Phoebe Worried : Absolutesnark)
Phoebe was making much with the pummeling of the free-standing punching bag she had been attacking yesterday. Of course, she would probably be doing better at her work out if she wasn't in tears.

Kiki was leaving.

She punched the bag again, hoping that it would make her feel better. It didn't.

In the last four days, the following had happened:

1) Camulus had disappeared, leaving only cryptic notes for her and for Orlin.
2) Piper had been turned into a Fury.
3) Cole had been mind-flayed or whatever by a Fury.
4) Cole had disappeared for awhile.
5) Kiki had told her her parents were pulling her from school and bringing her home.
6) Cole had told her he didn't deserve her or her love.
7) She had lost the notes for the study guide for Arthurian traditions.

All in all? It had been a bad week and one that made her want to just go away and hide for awhile.
sensethevisions: (So Very Angry)
Phoebe had had a long night and a day that seemed even longer.

After a restless night where she did way too much thinking, Phoebe had forced herself to go to Camulus' Celtic Studies class and act as the teacher. It had been hard as the classroom reminded her too much of the two people that were not there.

After class, since she didn't have any others classes on Wednesdays now that Grissom was gone, she had gone to see Lana at Aereopagitica and filled her best friend in on what had happened the night before. After a lot of tears and a lot of worry, she went to pummel things in the gym and answered a few questions from Marty who was concerned about both Piper and Cole. After pummeling things for a little while longer, she left a message for Piper and then she left a message for Cole having decided that she had given them both enough space for one day.

Afterwards, she went back to the South Attic and set up the free-standing punching bag she had retrieved from her suite at the Arms. She proceeded to lose herself in punching and kicking at the bag. It wasn't as satisfying as sparring with CJ, but it would do for now.
sensethevisions: (Wishing Only Wounds The Heart)
After the visit to Cole, Phoebe retreated to the attic and stayed there for the rest of the afternoon and the evening. She didn't plan on going anywhere for the rest of the day.

Sociology of Violence had been tough and she had bailed shortly at the beginning of it. The lecture plus having to see Veronica just had been too hard. She bailed and went to hang out with Lana at her work... and then they had gone to see Cole.

Everyone kept telling her she had to rest and had to eat and had to stay calm. She couldn't stay calm.

Her boyfriend was locked up for something he hadn't done and he was trapped... and away from her... away from everyone. It was tearing at him and it was damaging a lot of things.

Damaging his faith in the system... damaging every reason they had given him to be good.

How could she expect him to stay after all of this?

He had told her himself that he had lost faith in the system.

She really couldn't blame him.

Phoebe paced the the attic and as the sun went down, she stood in front of the window facing out with her arms wrapped around her waist.
sensethevisions: (Determined : Absolutesnark)
Phoebe sat in the bed, under the blankets, with her knees pulled up to her chin. There were shadows creeping across the floor as the sun started to rise, but she barely noticed them.

Phoebe sighed and bit her lip.

They had wrongfully arrested Cole on Thursday... and it was now Monday morning. They still hadn't copped to their mistake and released him. She didn't know how much more of this caged heat bullshit he could take --- and she was failing him because she had yet to find anything to help him out of this mess.

At least she and Piper had made up and they were working together on this. She never felt right when she and Piper weren't speaking to each other or mad. It hurt way too much to be measured and it always left her feeling sick inside. Thankfully, it hadn't lasted very long this time. She didn't know what she was going to do next year when Piper was at college back in California.

She sighed again. Weekend roundup?

Love of her life got arrested for a crime he didn't commit. Sister cast a spell to keep him there. Someone she had come to believe was like the fifth Halliwell sister had turned on her because she wouldn't help prove that Cole was innocent of the charges. That still cut deep and made her so angry. Was offered Camulus' apartment to hide out in if she needed it. Spent as much time as she had been able to down at the station with Cole. Had a castle built for her by a horde of wee tiny hugging bunnies. She and sister made up and started doing research. Piper was staying with her in the South Attic so that she wasn't alone right now.

The weekend had been hell, and now it was Monday. She wasn't sleeping, and was sometimes remembering to eat. She really didn't want to go to classes today. She was glad that Piper was sleeping in the next room, though. She realy hated spending nights alone. She had gotten so used to Cole sharing the Attic with her that it felt so cold and empty right now... and it scared her to feel so alone.

When she found out who was responsible for all of this, she was going to kill them herself.
sensethevisions: (Book Of Shadows)
If asked what she had imagined to be doing on her spring break from classes, Phoebe never would have imagined that she would be cloistered away in her and Cole's dorm with the Book of Shadows, trying to find a way to save a friend's life.

But, here she was,

She was sitting on the couch with the large book in her lap and she was carefully combing through the pages of the heirloom.

She had locked the door so only Cole could get into the attic. The kittens were circling the couch while she searched, making their own shields around her.

"Come on," she muttered in frustration as she turned another page. "There has to be something in here... something we can do to help him."
sensethevisions: (In Dreams He Came to Me)
Phoebe was exhausted.

She had had a long day of talking, of emo and then some working out.

She was too tired to walk back to the hotel right now, and being out alone when she was this tired was not a good plan.

So, she stumbled into the attic, and locked the door behind her.

She'd take a quick nap and then go back.
sensethevisions: (So Very Angry)
After leaving Wilson in the park Phoebe had made her way to the hotel and then up to her suite. She was torn between fury and disbelief over what Wilson's revelation about Crowley had made her think.

He wouldn't...and if he did I will damn well kill him myself...

Phoebe changed out of her school clothes and into leggings and a long tunic sweater. She pulled her hair up in a ponytail to get it out of her face. She took Crowley's necklace off and put it on top of the TV. If she had to kick his ass, she didn't want the pretty necklace damaged.

It had been a long time since Phoebe had felt such anger and rage inside her. It was a welcome feeling. It beat despair any day.

If he was the one who was here Saturday night and not Cole...oooh, he had pissed off the wrong witch.

"I may not have powers like Piper's, but I will give him hell," she muttered as she paced the room.

[[OOC: Locked to [livejournal.com profile] crawley_demon]]
sensethevisions: (In Dreams He Came to Me)
After classes, Phoebe dragged herself to town to the hotel. She was worn out and emotionally drained. She managed to get to her room and she kicked the door shut behind her, but there was a good chance it didn't shut and lock.

She dropped her books and bag on the table and took out her laptop and as it powered up, she got a very quick shower, hoping to ease the ache in her neck. Once out of the shower, she changed inbto something comfortable and settled against the pillows on the bed with her laptop.

She was writing a new story about a girl who was having an affair with a dream demon, only didn't know about it because she thought everything that was happening between them was only happening in her dreams.

Phoebe stared at the screen for a very long time. She wanted this next part to be the pr0n sexy lust-inducing attention-holding and she was stuck as to how to do so.

She was still trying to figure out what to write next when she fell asleep.

[[OOC: Open only to Belthazor or Crowley as they would be the only ones able to get to her.]]
sensethevisions: (Not Okay)
Phoebe had returned to the school early on Monday morning long before her first class was due to start. She let herself silently into the South Attic as she needed to get some more clothing and things. She opened the door to her and Cole's bedroom very quietly. She stopped, seeing him asleep in their the bed. She almost went to curl up with him...but remembering that he was Piper's now, she turned and went to her closet. She was very careful not to wake him up as she grabbed some things and a bag and went back out into the common area of their attic. As she packed, tears sprang to her eyes as she went back over everything that had happened in the last few weeks.

Massive Link Drop and Woeing )

Now, Phoebe felt tears slipping slowly down her cheeks, and she wiped them away impatiently. She couldn't keep doing this right now, she was going to have to get through the day after Barbossa had reported this morning that she and Crowley had woken up in bed together. She zipped the duffle bag shut and then opened it to remove Valkyrie from the bag.

"I want to take you with me so much, sweetness...Seraphim get out of the bag."

"-He's dying inside.-" Seraphim tried to explain.

Phoebe's eyes filled with tears again. "He killed me completely," she said softly.

"-He loves you.-" Valkyrie added.

"He wants Piper."

Seraphim hissed, telling her she was mistaken. "-You're his soulmate.-"

"-We need to be with you-" Valkyrie said forcefully.

"I'll see what I can -- get out of the bag," she said, trying desperately not to wake up Cole.

After putting both kittens on the couch and grabbing her small bag, Phoebe turned to open the door and leave.
