Phoebe was packing a small overnight bag so she could stay with Lana that night. She had left a note for Cole, but she kept hoping he would show up before she left so she could tell him in person what was going on. With their luck with things like this, the note would get lost and he would either be worried or think...

She shook her head. She would pack and then she would wait to leave until she knew that he knew exactly where she would be.

After a productive night -- which had involved landing a job at Caritas -- Phoebe had collapsed into bed intending on getting cuddles with her boyfriend and a restful sleep now that the events of the prior week were over.

Well, one out of two wasn't bad...right?

Phoebe jerked out of the dream so violently that she tumbled off the bed and onto the floor.

"Damn it!" she said quietly as she wrapped her arms around herself and buried her face in her knees.
