Phoebe and Cole's Hotel Room at The Arms

As promised, after the visit to Angelus, Phoebe had gone to The Arms to get her and Cole a room. As much as she really did adore Xander and Bridge, she didn't want to impose on Xander as his apartment was getting pretty crowded.

Cole didn't want her going out unless she was with him or Anders because he still felt that Angelus was a danger -- even if he was behind bars right now.

So, this was Phoebe, pacing her hotel room.

"Oh really?" drawled Anders, squirming just a little bit closer, because mmm, growly demon. "What are you gonna do to it if I win the bet?"

"I think the question is what I'm going to do to your ass when I win the bet," Bel said.

Anders snaked an arm around his neck, grinning. "I'd offer to throw the bet here and now, except that I meant what I said about us believing in you."

"What am I supposed to do with you now then?" Bel said teasingly.

"For one?" Anders hooked his fingers in Bel's waistband. "Stop assuming that stupid hypothetical bet's a requirement for you getting to do anything with my ass."

"Sometimes it's fun to pretend to need an excuse," Bel said, sliding his hand down and patting Anders's ass.

"I won't tell anyone there wasn't a real excuse if you won't," Anders informed him, not that he was in any way shamelessly wriggling back against Bel's hand.
