Friday, 518/520

Phoebe didn't have classes on Fridays, so she was perfectly content with laying in bed with Cole and listening to the rain. She did have to get out of the bed at some point today, but right now, she wasn't in any hurry to get up.

Yesterday most of the boys had been girls, but luckily, Cole hadn't turned into a girl -- something she was very happy for.

She curled up close to him, and nuzzled him.

Phoebe thought there was nothing better than being held close by Cole and not having anything that needed to be done right away.

Cole did have class, but not 'til period three, so he was perfectly content to stay in bed until the last minute.

He reached down and checked himself. "Still a boy," he murmured sleepily.

Phoebe moved her hand down to check for herself and then nodded against him, closing her eyes. "Mmm hmm. Still my guy."

His eyes still closed, Cole groped Phoebe's chest. "You still a girl?" he asked.

Cole was quiet for a moment, just snuggling Phoebe, then said, "I was thinking of going to LA tonight . . . to see Angel."

Phoebe stiffened, then looked up at his face. "You think you should call first? The last time he saw..."

Yeah, she was still having some guilt about that.

Lunch With Lana

As promised, Phoebe had ordered delivery for lunch and was waiting for Lana to show up. She was excited about all of the things she had to tell her best friend.

She wasn't sure if Cole was still in the rooms, but she didn't think Lana would mind if he was there since she had missed him.

Phoebe hugged her. "It's going wonderfully, Lana! Cole's back and he's alive and he forgave me for sleeping with Anders while he was dead and so much and..."

She needs to breathe at some point.
