Not that she had slept, but bright and early on Saturday morning, Phoebe was making plans and calling people...

And picked up the phone to call one person in particular. She grabbed her cell phone and dialed Wyatt's number while she was writing down things on the notes in front of her.

She wasn't leaving the Wastelands without her soulmate this time.
