Phoebe had come back to the attic after talking to Camulus. She placed a call to Piper and then paced the attic.

What had Piper been thinking?!

Piper sighed before knocking on the door. She wasn't looking forward to this at all. But she would try to make Phoebe understand.

"Come in."

Piper walked in and closed the door behind her. She glanced nervously at her sister. "Hey, Pheebs."

The look Phoebe gave her sister was full of betrayal. "Why? You said you believed in him. How could you?!"

"Phoebe..." Piper said, looking down. "Do you really think I wanted to cast that spell?"

Phoebe has tears in her eyes. "You trapped him there where anyone could do anything to him."

"Nothing is going to happen to him there," Piper explained. "I had to, okay? It's better me casting that spell than someone else, don't you think? I can easily undue it."

She continued looking down because, even though it made sense to her, she still felt guilty. "If he tried to escape, it would make things worse. I think you know that."

"He's a sitting duck there, Piper." She had tears in her eyes. "He thinks you believe he's guilty."

"I don't think he's guilty!" Piper exclaimed, nearly flailing. She calmed down a bit before continuing. "I went to the clinic last night and saw Allie. She looked so... fragile and... I don't believe Bel was responsible for that. Only something truly evil could be responsible for hurting her. I know he is trying to be good."

Phoebe had tears slipping down her face.

"Veronica hates him too much to help prove he's innocent and you're helping then trap him there."

Piper wasn't sure what else she could say to make her understand. Phoebe was hurting and she was partly responsible for that. "Phoebe... I'm sorry."

Phoebe shakes her head.

"They're railroading him and no one will help him!"

"There's gotta be something we can do to help."

Phoebe shook her head, tears finally falling.

"I think you guys have done enough, Piper," she said in a hurt tone. "Just... please leave, Piper. I... I can't right now... Please just go."

Piper nodded sadly. "I'm sorry."

She did as Phoebe asked and left, trying not to cry.
