Phoebe had no idea where all of this luggage and bags in their room had come from.

She also really didn't like the fact that they all had labels that had something to do with her thoughts and feelings on certain subjects.

There was a pile of bags that stated very clearly DEAD MOTHER, and she really wasn't happy with all of the ones that were marked with ABANDONED BY FATHER. She had been trying valiantly to shove them into the closets, but they kept falling back out. She tried to make them disappear with a spell, but that just caused a duffel bag with NO PERSONAL GAIN to drop down on her head from somewhere.

When she looked up to yell at the Elders about messing with her again, she yelped and ducked to the side as several pieces of luggage with NO ACTIVE POWERS and ADEQUACY ISSUES tags rained down from somewhere. Just when she thought she was going to scream from frustration from all of this, a steamer trunk with the label FEARS TURNING EVIL showed up, forcing her to move back.

When she turned and tripped over the messenger bags labelled HALLIWELL CURSE and WILL DIE YOUNG, she was pretty sure she had had more than enough of this nonsense.

She carefully picked her way around the baggage and headed for the door. However, opening the door to a mini avalanche of RELATIONSHIP ISSUES made her decide that finding a bottle or two of alcohol would be a very good plan.

Piper was not in the best of moods. Perhaps because there was very similar baggage back in her room. She figured she was not the only one dealing with this, so she went to check on Phoebe.

"Hey, Pheebs, it's me," she called from the other side of the door after knocking.

"Come on in, Piper," she called. She didn't sound like she was in the best of moods. "Watching out for random luggage!."

Piper wandered in, nearly tripping over a piece of luggage labeled Halliwell Curse, despite Phoebe's warning. "You got that one, too?"

Phoebe nodded. "Uh huh. A few times. You?"

"Yeah. I also got Abandonment Issues, Daddy Issues, Dead Mother Issues, and Fear of Blowing Someone Up Accidentally," Piper sighed, taking a seat on a chair.

Phoebe dropped down on the floor next to her chair. "Yeah. I got Dead Mother, Abandoned By Father, Fears Turning Evil, Will Die young and a few others." She shook her head. "This is ridiculous."

"Fandom's messing with us again," Piper said. "At least this one is mostly harmless."

"Mostly," she agreed. Though she couldn't help but hope that Cole and Anders didn't see all of these -- especially the Relationship Issues.

"I could have done without all of these reminders, you know?"

"Yeah. I think that's why I also got one labeled Denial," Piper sighed. She spotted one of the Relationship Issues bags. "Want to talk about it?"

"There's really not that much to talk about," Phoebe said with a shrug. She stared at the bag that suddenly appeared marked with AVOIDANCE TENDENCIES before sighing and looking at her sister.

"I don't know. It just seems that I haven't spent time with either of them much since I got this job and I wonder if I'm really needed any longer."

Piper knew about Avoidance Tendencies all too well. "Even though you are all sharing a room?"

Phoebe shrugged. "I said there wasn't --" She broke off to look at the ceiling. "-- and don't you dare!" -- and then turned back to Piper. "--much to talk about. I mean, I see them, but I don't see them, if that makes any sense?"

"It makes sense," Piper replied, nodding. "I don't get to see Lindsey as much as I would like to."

Though that had more to do with living in different dimensions than anything else.

"But at least you guys have a logical reason for that, Piper. Me, it's just how I'm feeling and maybe I'm making too much out of it because my perceptions are off."

"Have you talked to them about it?" Piper asked.

[sensethevisions]

Phoebe shook her head. "Not really." That would be a no. "I mean, I'd feel stupid if it was just me being overemotional or something."

"It's okay to be overemotional once in awhile," Piper told her. "With everything we deal with? I bet they would be understanding."
