Thursday Morning
Mar. 5th, 2009 11:25 amIn her life, Phoebe was used to weird things happening at any time. Having lived in Fandom for two years just made that an even more normal acceptance. Even after leaving Fandom, the weirdness continued. At this point, she was pretty sure it always would.
That's why she wasn't immediately freaked out when the portal appeared and sucked her in as she was leaving her Psychology class. After all, as things went, being kidnapped by a portal wasn't exactly that dangerous and she wasn't worried.
The portal dropped her in the middle of what looked like a college campus -- but it wasn't her college. Confused, she looked around her to see if there was anything around that she recognized. There wasn't.
Frowning, she reached into her bag and pulled out her phone. She'd call Cole and he'd find her and bring her home. Of course, doing that would mean the phone would need to have a signal, and it didn't seem to be getting one. And when she called Portalocity to find a way home, all she got was a busy signal.
"This is so not good," she muttered, trying to figure out what to do.
"Charlotte!"
Phoebe turned in confusion to see a strange man staring at her in a way that made her step back. "Excuse me?"
"Charlotte, my Charlotte." He said as he started moving towards her.
The emotions she was picking up from him were very much... not ones she wanted to be picking up from random men in a strange place. Especially men that were decidedly not human.
"Come to me, my love."
"Son of a --" Phoebe muttered, taking a step back and getting ready to run.
This could definitely be bad.
