Across The Causeway and On The Mainland, Wednesday Night

Phoebe was sitting on the couch in the suite idly playing with Cole's athame. She was lost in thought for awhile, but then got up and started pacing the suite anxiously. She was turning to make another pass of the room when a strand of her black hair swung into her line of sight.

She needed to fix that. Immediately.

She slid the athame into her inside jacket pocket. She felt better having it on her. It made her feel closer to Cole. She grabbed her bag and headed out. The only place that she knew that could probably turn her hair back to normal was on the mainland. She headed through Fandom and then started walking across the Causeway. She took out her cellphone and called a cab while she walked, but they were busy tonight so it would be awhile before hers met her.

That was fine with her. It gave her some time to think... to not have to pretend to be okay to her friends that came to see her.
